Woolbrae | October Development Update

Following the successful launch of Woolbrae’s first homes last month, October has kept the momentum going with major milestones both on-site and in sales.

Civil works for Stage One are nearly complete, indicating a major move forward and setting the stage for the next exciting phase of development.

Sales have continued to track well. Following the first release of House and Land packages by Classic Builders’ in September, Classic Builders’ second release went live mid-October and was another sell-out, with most homes again snapped up by first home buyers and homeowners—a fantastic result.

With interest still building, our Build Partner, Classic Builders, is preparing a final pre-Christmas release of ten House and Land Packages, with more to follow in the new year.

Meanwhile, the first homes are starting to take shape. Floors are going down, frames are rising, and Woolbrae’s vision is coming to life!
