The Kaha Ake purpose is to drive transformational change in New Zealand’s property sector.

Formed through a joint venture between the New Zealand Super Fund and Classic Group, we combine long-term financial support with experienced development capabilities to rapidly and effectively create homes across the country.

With over 27 years of expertise, Classic Group brings a wealth of experience in construction-related products and services, including land development, residential and commercial building, fund management, retirement operations, and software technology. To date, Classic has built more than 6,500 homes, developed over 4,000 lots of land, and maintains a current land supply exceeding 3,000 sections.
