The release of our first homes marked a huge milestone, and seeing so many first-home buyers secure their place here makes it even more special. This is the beginning of a new chapter, both for the families who will soon call Woolbrae home and for our team, who’ve worked tirelessly to create the foundations and environment that will make this community thrive.
With Stage One buyers only months away from moving in and more homes on the horizon, we’re excited to watch Woolbrae continue to transform into the vibrant, welcoming neighbourhood we’ve always imagined.
2025 Wrap-up
- Stage 1 & 2 earthworks are complete
- Stage 1 civil works done and dusted
- We’re anticipating titles for Stage 1 in Feb/March 2026, with the first homes ready from March/April.
- Around 20 builds are already underway, and demand continues to be strong.

What’s Next?
2026 is shaping up to be another big year:
- Stages 3–6 earthworks will ramp up early in the year, setting the scene for future stages over the next few years.
- Next house release is anticipated early 2026 – make sure you’ve registered your interest to be on the list!
- Stage 2 civils are about to kick off, and with them, amenity areas like playgrounds, trails, and reserve spaces will start to take shape. We expect these to be complete by mid-2026.
- Stage 3 will follow closely behind Stage 2, continuing the momentum.
