Things are moving well onsite at Woolbrae as we continue to bring this exciting new Queenstown community to life.

Since our last update:

Asphalt has been laid and roading is largely complete
Services installation is underway across the site
Titles for the first 50 lots are anticipated by March 2026
We’re on track to begin home construction in August 2025

We’re also pleased to confirm Classic Builders as our build partner for Stage One.
