The last few months have been busy at Riverside Tauriko. Since our last update, the bulk earthworks creating the final landform for the lots in the first stage have been completed – a major milestone that has enabled the commencement of civil works and enabling bulk infrastructure across the site.
Across the site, work currently progressing includes the drainage, roading, retaining walls, water and utilities, landscaping, the wastewater pump station and Te Ara Hoia Drive – Tauriko West’s key spine road.
It’s exciting to see the progress on site and watch the first stage of this new neighbourhood take shape and come to life.
At Riverside, we’re creating more than just new homes. We’re creating a neighbourhood where nature is both part of the view and the way you live, with the landscape and surrounding environment helping to shape everyday life.
Looking ahead, our next major milestone will be the release of sections to our build partners in late 2026, with construction of the first homes expected to begin in early 2027.
