With our first residents now settling in and new homes taking shape across the neighbourhood, Awa Park is truly coming to life. It’s pretty special seeing a place that existed only in plans slowly grow into a neighbourhood full of life, colour, and future memories.
Our Year in Review
From an empty paddock to a growing community with new roads, fresh landscaping, and the foundations of everyday life — it’s been a big year for Awa Park.
As we look back on 2025, we’re proud of how far things have come and grateful for everyone who’s played a part in the journey. It truly does take a village. To the planners, designers, contractors, and build teams who’ve braved the early starts, late finishes, and everything in between — thank you. And a big shout-out to our build partners G.J. Gardner, Jennian Homes, and Classic Builders for the care and energy you’re putting into welcoming families and the first homeowners into Awa Park.
Key milestones this year
- Stage One civil works and landscaping completed
- 45 lots titled in July
- Stage 3 civil construction underway, due for completion March 2026
- 11 homes under construction
- Classic Builders Showhome now open
Looking ahead to 2026
- Awa Park Reserve plans and neighbourhood centre plans are progressing nicely (more details to come in the new year!)
