G.J. Gardner Homes have officially broken ground on their new Showhome, with the slab set to be poured soon, marking the beginning of a build that’s already generating plenty of interest. Right alongside them, Jennian Homes have laid the slab for their Showhome this week, and if early signs are anything to go by, it’s shaping up to be a real standout, even before frames go up.

Across the road, Classic Builders are steadily bringing their Showhome to life.
