Welcome to the first Awa Park development update for 2025!

It’s been a busy start to the year, with plenty of exciting progress happening on-site. Our team has been working hard to complete construction on Stage One, with roads in, streetlights installed, and final landscaping and finishing touches set to begin this month. The development is truly starting to take shape, and we’re looking forward to seeing the first homes and Showhomes start construction soon!

We’re also proud to announce our first official build partners!
