Stage 2B civil works are tracking well and on course for completion later this month. Earthworks for Stage 2C are now underway and expected to wrap up in April, with civil works to follow shortly after. It’s also great to see the park and playground coming to life, with landscaping and play areas currently being developed—spaces future residents will soon be able to enjoy.
Stage 2A is now almost fully sold, with just one section remaining. Since releasing Stage 2B pricing in January, we’ve seen strong interest from buyers, with several sections already secured and others currently on hold. It’s encouraging to see so many people choosing to make Maea Fields their home.
Homes across Stage 2A are progressing well, with a number now at different stages of construction. As these homes take shape, you can really start to see the character of the community emerging—a welcoming place for families to grow and settle.
