The stage 2B civil works are well underway and remain on track for completion in February. At the same time, bulk earthworks for Stage 2C are scheduled to begin, keeping momentum strong and ensuring future stages are ready for new homeowners.
Works are also progressing on the new playground and reserve, an amenity we’re really excited to be delivering for the Maea Fields community. This space has been designed as a place for neighbours to gather, kids to play, and the community to come together, and we’ll continue to share updates as it takes shape. Once it’s open, we’re looking forward to celebrating with everyone.
Thanks to this progress, we’ve been able to release the much-anticipated Stage 2B sections. Located right beside the new playground and reserve currently underway, these sections sit at the heart of the community and have already attracted strong interest from families and first-home buyers. Over in Stage 2A, construction continues to move ahead well, with several homes now at different stages of completion. We loved welcoming some new neighbours just before Christmas and look forward to seeing even more families move in over the coming months.
